PENSION OFFICE NEWS

  • Correction!! Correction!!
The RAP Picnic is on Thursday, August 8th.
NOT on the 1st.  This year, it will be held at the picnic area south of the Nile Club House.  Bocce Ball will start around 10:00 a.m. Food will be catered.

  • The Retired Officers Banquet is coming up this September 11, 2019, a Wednesday evening. Doors open around 5:00 p.m. Like last year, it will be held in the Range Pavilion.

  • A few retirees have not received their new Medicare card. If this applies to you, don’t worry. Your old card and number is effective through December 2019. You might want to call Medicare to make sure your new Medicare card and number did not get lost in the system or in the U.S. mail.

  • If you are travelling outside of Washington and are thinking about taking your handgun, remember to do the LEOSA qualification course at the Range. Call the Range Office for the dates and relay times that are reserved for retirees.
