MARCH 31, 2022

A great crowd of thirty-five men and women were on hand for today’s meeting. At 12:00 Noon, Greg Pote rang the bell, Ava Sundstrom led the pledge of allegiance, followed by President Nordlund asking for order.

Welcome to Larry Meyer who just officially retired on Tuesday. Hello to Ava Sundstrom and welcome back Greg Goldwyn.

For the Pepper Pramhus ten-dollar drawing, Joe asked Ava to stir up the chips. Out came #24 belonging to Ava’s host Eric Michl.

In news from the pension office, sorry to report that Rand Hannah passed away. Rand was only 77 years old and a good guy.

The floor was open for the election of president and vice president. Dick Rovig moved that John Nordlund continue as president. His motion was seconded by Joe Sanford and approved. Eric Michl nominated Pepper Prahmus for the position of vice president. Eric’s motion was seconded by Riley Brice with the floor approving.

Our treasurer reported that last week the club brought in $23.00. Checking now holds $2621.00.

Nobody is celebrating their birthday this week.

Now the Cory & Kathy Ness ten-dollar drawing. Greg Goldwyn stirred up the chips handing Joe Sanford the cash money because Joe signed in on line eight.

Today’s jokes were handled by Greg Goldwyn, John Guich, Pepper Pramhus, and Paul Barden.

Once the laughter died down, Paul announced he had $190.00 to give away. Larry Meyer reached into the plastic jug retrieving ticket stub #8386367 held by our new V.P. Prepper Pramhus. For the remaining cash Larry once again reached in coming out with ticket #8386410 held by our server Gina Vallegas.

Congratulations to all the winners. See everybody next week.
